The FSA has publsihed its announcement that mobile phones will need to be recorded by 14 November 211.

Voxsmart has drawn up a summary of the issues around mobile call recording and why compliance with FSA regulations. These new regulations make it important to select a technology that dovetails with existing systems and security policies, such as the BlackBerry smartphone and BES and uses existing call recording and telephony infrastructure.
