NICE Systems & Voxsmart Partner to Enable Blackberry Interaction Recording for Addressing Regulatory Compliance Needs

NICE and Voxsmart have entered a partnership to offer joint customers a solution for recording trader interactions that take place on Blackberry smart phones. The joint solution is based on the VoxRecord solution and NICE’s open architecture that can interface directly with the trader’s handset via VoxRecord, which resides on the trader’s handset.  The Voxsmart smart client automatically and simultaneously conferences any interaction on the mobile handset to the NICE recording server with minimal impact on the user’s mobile experience. VoxRecord has been the only case study for mobile call recording on the BlackBerry website since 2009 so it is a field proven solution.
