They have had experience of all of the major call recording platforms and understand that each one behaves in a slightly different way. And they are experts in recording voice, SIM and SMS from BlackBerry® smartphones.

Once we have fully understood your business needs, our technicians set to work installing and configuring your solution. With VoxRecord there is no change of SIM or changes to physical settings on the BlackBerry® smartphone and as such the implementation can be performed centrally with no need to return smartphones to the office.
