Voxrecord is a BlackBerry smartphone application that makes FSA compliance simple, secure and cost effective:

A compliance requirement needs high security. The highest levels of security available on a mobile are provided by the BlackBerry platform. For this reason we recommend BlackBerry for FSA compliance and other secure mobile call recording.

Because Voxrecord is a BlackBerry application, all data sent to or from the device is encrypted and security controlled from the BES. There is a tangible point of control that can be monitored and locked-down directly, not embedded out of sight in the mobile network.  Also, it requires minimal cost and effort to record mobiles because there is no need to change carrier or re-route calls via PBX gateways. There is an app that links the call to the recorder and no other change.

For more complex compliance requirements, Voxrecord becomes Voxrecord Enterprise which is  a lot more sophisticated than just a BlackBerry application.

Voxrecord Enterprise can be deployed to dynamically change recorded mobile user settings in response to compliance policies applied and managed on-site by an administrator:

• Activation/Deactivation: Recorded users can have recording turned on/off manually or based on risk triggers.
• Bulk User Management: Thousands of recorded mobile users can be added and edited in seconds
• Add/Change/Delete: Recorded users can have many of their recording settings changes remotely.
• SMS/PIN/IM: Text based messaging is recorded and displayed in an easy to use search interface.
• Disaster Recovery/Channel congestion: If the call cannot be connected to the recorder it will automatically fail over to an alternative recording site.
• Compliance when roaming: Call recording may be required in the UK, but if you are roaming, whose laws apply? Voxrecord enables recording to be automatically turned on/off by country and by network. We can even direct recording to a local recorder when roaming.
• Time of day recording. In some countries recording can only on during office hours. We automate this timing, whilst allowing the user to initiate recording when needed.
• Roles Based Administration: There are different levels of Administrative user, with full or limited read/write permissions.
• Data protection: At no time is any confidential user or call information made available to voxsmart or any other third party.
