Our solution can capture full CDR call logs, SMS, PIN and BlackBerry IM and make this data available for a call recording vendor to integrate into its search interface.
By keeping call recording on-site, you keep full control over your data and its security. You also have control over your own hardware, system monitoring and support and can be in compliance with best practice, whether your requirement is for a handful of recorded mobiles or tens of thousands of recorded mobiles.
Usually on-site recording also comes with Disaster Recovery sites, which can also be incorporated into the VoxRecord Enterprise solution. If for whatever reason the primary call recorder is not available, Voxrecord Enterprise can ensure a seamless transition to a DR site.
