In such an environment, VoxRecord acts as the intelligent acquisition level, it decides which interactions are recorded and ensures that these are captured and stored on your premise-based recorder. VoxRecord not only takes care of capturing the interaction itself, but also collecting key information relating to the interaction such as date, time, originating line, etc. Traditionally known as the call metadata, this information is vital to enable each interaction to be tagged and easily retrieved through any search facility.
