Selective Recording – provides you and, if you require, your users with the ability to define which smartphone interactions are captured. This enables selective recording for quality and audit purposes, or to provide the capability of record-on-demand.
Premise-Based Recording – many organisations already have a premise-based recording platform and do not wish to replicate this solution for mobile interactions. Voxsmart enables you to leverage your existing premised-based solution to store recordings and retrieve using the tools within this solution.
Cloud-Based Recording – for those organisations that do not have an existing recording platform, or who choose to separate mobile interactions from their premise-based solution, Voxsmart has a fully hosted and managed cloud-based recording solution that is completely scalable and provides comprehensive storage and retrieval capability.
